BEFORE YOUR TRIP
PACKING
Your luggage will travel in the same boat as you, but it will be stored in a different compartment which is only accessible once you reach your destination, that’s why we advise you to pack a smaller pack with your daily use items so you can get to them at any time during your trip, this helps keeping the boat more organized.
These are the things we suggest you bring with you on the boat:
These are the things we suggest you bring with you on the boat:
- Light Clothing enough for 5 days
- Swimming suits
- Toiletries and a towel
- Light jacket or rain jacket
- Sun screen
- Flashlight
- Mosquito repellent
- Seasickness medication

SEA SICKNESS
If this will be your first sailing experience, we highly recommend you to purchase some sea sickness tablets, and start taking them even before boarding the boat. In Panama there are especially 2 brands which can be easily found, they’re called Dramamine and Mareol, in case you don’t take any chemically made medication, ginger can be used as a natural remedy for seasickness, but it’s not as effective.
PAYMENT & EXCHANGE OF MONEY
Please make sure to have all cash before you board the boat. We recommend taking several days before withdrawing your money from the bank, since there might be some daily limit imposed by your bank of origin or the ATM.
Also, keep in mind that if you’re departing from Colombia, you will need to exchange your money into USD to take it with you.
ONLY EXCHANGE MONEY AT THE OFFICIAL RATE IN AN EXCHANGE HOUSE
