Guna Yala, also known as San Blas, is an autonomous region in Panama located on the country's Caribbean coast. Guna Yala is known for its beautiful white sand beaches, crystal clear waters and coral reefs, making it a popular tourist destination. The Gunas are famous for their culture, crafts (such as textile “molas”) and their traditional lifestyle. The region is also an example of the preservation of the cultural identity and autonomy of an indigenous people in Central America.
At Coiba National Park, you can swim with turtles, whale sharks and many other species of fish, or relax on the splendid white beaches. In Santa Catalina, an international surfing destination, a dream of all surfers, you can try your hand at private lessons or improve your surfing level.
In Boquete, travelers can take an adventurous walk over the Hanging Bridges, delve into the tropical forest, discover how one of the most famous coffees in the world is processed, and much more.

DAY 1 • AIRPORT/PANAMA CITY
Welcome to Panama
Arrival in Panama, private transfer Tocumen Airport-Hotel to Panama City.

DAY 2 • PANAMA CITY TOUR
7:30 am • PANAMA CITY & PANAMA CANAL TOUR • Duration approximately 4/5 hours
Departure from the Hotel with our Guide to visit the City and the Panama Canal. The highlights of the morning are: Miraflores Museum; Miraflores locks; old town (Casco Viejo); Causeway Amador, where you can admire the suggestive Las Americas bridge, which unites the 2 Americas; finally the new city. Return to the hotel around 1 pm.
Free afternoon to relax or discover the city on your own. Our staff will be available to offer advice and suggestions on where you can eat or what you can do.

DAY 3 • PANAMA CITY - SAN BLAS ISLANDS
5:30/6am You will be picked up at your Hotel in Panama City early this morning and taken on an exciting ride through the jungle on 4x4 transportation.
You will have the option to stop for breakfast. We will then makestop to pass through immigration formalities and pay the entrance fees to Kuna Yala Islands (included). We will continue our way to the dock where you will meet your boat to take a shared transfer to your island. Upon arrival, get settled in and enjoy this paradise.
Stay on Diablo Island, private cabin with private bathroom. Lunch and dinner included.

DAY 4 • SAN BLAS ISLANDS
Spend this day to fully relax in paradise. Lounge on the soft sandy beach, explore the turquoise waters, and check out what this caribbean escape has to offer; this day is dedicated to the tour: natural pool, Perro Chico Island Sunken Ship, Arena Blanca.
Stay on Diablo Island, private cabin with private bathroom. Breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
DAY 5 • SAN BLAS ISLANDS - PANAMA CITY
Breakfast & Lunch Included.
Say goodbye to your piece of natural paradise at 2/3pm for your scenic return trip to the dock by boat and 4x4 transportation ride back to Panama City, you will be dropped off at your Hotel around 6/7pm.

DAY 6 • PANAMA CITY - SANTA CATALINA (365 km)
After breakfast you will collect the rental car at our partner center located just 2 km from the hotel.
You will have the rest of the day at your disposal to drive towards Santa Catalina, a lively town, an international surfing destination and a postcard of extraordinary sunsets, located on the Pacific Coast.
You will be provided with all the accessories and details: SIM with unlimited internet to use on your mobile phone and use "Google Maps, Waze etc etc", all the hotel addresses, telephone numbers of the hotels and of our tour partners.

DAY 7 • SANTA CATALINA - COIBA ISLAND
7 am • Information briefing at our center in Santa Catalina, where the guides will give information about the snorkeling day that we will experience in the wonderful Coiba National Park.
Declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2005, Coiba National Park is a marine reserve located off the Pacific coast of Panama, in the Gulf of Chiriquí. Because it was a penal colony, access to the island was historically limited, allowing much of the area's natural resources to survive intact. Today, the marine park has some of the greatest biological diversity in the world.
Coiba is a world-class diving destination located in the same corridor as the Galapagos Islands, offering access to the Damas Bay barrier reef, the largest on the west coast of the American continent. By diving in its waters you will have the chance to see turtles, manta rays, whales, whale/hammerhead sharks and many other species of tropical fish.
*Between December and April is where the chance of seeing whale sharks is absolutely highest!
Lunch with sandwich, various snacks, fruit and water during the tour to Coiba Island.

DAY 8 • SANTA CATALINA - BOQUETE (275 km)
Departure in the morning with your car to reach Boquete.
Once you reach your destination you can check into the hotel and enjoy the beautiful town of Boquete.

DAY 9 • BOQUETE - DOUBLE TOUR
8:30 am • HANGING BRIDGES TOUR • Duration approximately 2 hours
It's your only chance to enjoy from a different perspective tropical forest biodiversity Panamá cloudy. It is a circuit of six (6) hanging bridges combined with six (6) trails with a route of 4.5 km. of travel on the treetops. It is a new adventure where you will enjoy impressive views of rivers, waterfalls and the imposing Volcano Barú. Endless beauties that will make you live an unbeatable experience.
1:30 pm • LA SOLERA RUM TOUR • Duration approximately 2 hours
Multi sensory experience, which allows you to educate your palate
to enjoy quality flavors. Characteristic, type of distillation, alcoholic graduation, place of origin, bouquet, body, quality control, color, presentation, time and aging process of the rum.
Tasting of (Extra Light rum, Light rum, Añejo rum and Golden Cask).

DAY 10 • BOQUETE - PANAMA CITY (485 km)
8:30 am • KOTOWA COFFEE TOUR • Duration approximately 2 hours
You will learn why the flavors of nuts, fruits, or flowers develop in the bean and how the process and roasting affect the flavor and above all, how to recognize a good coffee. A professional tasting! It will educate
your palate and allow you to differentiate between flavors of national and international award-winning coffees.
You will taste 09 varieties of coffees KOTOWA brand.
Once the tour is finished, depart with your car to return to Panama City, arriving in the evening.

DAY 11 • PANAMA CITY - MONKEY ISLAND & GATUN LAKE TOUR
After breakfast, return the car to the affiliated office where it was collected.
1:30 pm • MONKEY ISLAND & GATUN LAKE TOUR • Duration approximately 3 hours
We will board a speedboat, sail on Gatun Lake next to freight ships and admire the fauna and vegetation of the tropical forest, as well as the Monkey Island where you could admire the White-Faced Capuchin Monkeys, Geoffrey's Tamarin Monkeys and the Mantled Howler Monkeys in their natural habitat.
Return to the hotel around 4:30/5 pm. Free afternoon to relax or discover the City on your own. Our staff will be available to offer advice and suggestions on where you can eat or what you can do.
