REFUNDS WILL BE MADE WHEN: • The refund of the down payment or full payment will be made when the guest cancels the reservation 10 days before the tour departure. We will refund you the full amount paid. *In the reimbursement phase we reserve the right to charge the customer the commissions due to bank transfers and other payment methods (credit or debit card).
Once we have processed your refund, it normally takes up to 5 working days to complete a refund. Some refunds may take up to 30 days, depending on your credit/debit card company.
REFUNDS INVOLVING A CURRENCY CONVERSION If the payment required a currency conversion, the conversion rate at the time of refund may differ from the conversion rate of the initial payment. For this reason, the refunded amount may not match the initial payment amount. This is due to fluctuations in currency conversion rates, the rate in effect at the time of refund will apply.
NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN WHEN: • Cancellations with less than 10 days and no show: It is not possible to reschedule.50% penalty: 1. If you have paid a down payment, we will not refund the amount paid. 2. If you have made full payment we will refund you 50%. The other 50% will be retained for the penalty. *In the reimbursement phase we reserve the right to charge the customer the commissions due to bank transfers and other payment methods (credit or debit card). • If the reservation is made within the previous 10 days before the tour, and the guest wants to cancel, the down payment paid would be lost. • When guests choose to leave the tour earlier than scheduled. We can try to arrange guests to depart on a date or at a time earlier than scheduled, but refunds will not be given. • When guests choose not to take part in a tour already purchased. • Weather not to guests' liking. Our tours are guaranteed in any weather conditions, rain or shine. Unfortunately we cannot accept tour rescheduling related to weather conditions. • When guests are not at the stated pickup location on time and miss their departure.
OTHER REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICIES: •San Blas Dreams cancels a guest's tour or weather makes it unsafe, partial refund will be given for this tour.
TOUR CHANGES: • You can change the tour date up to 10 Days before the start by contacting our office team. If we have spots available, we will be happy to reschedule your tour. Some rescheduling may be subject to modification costs related, in particular in relation to the cost of the tour already booked.
• The rented vehicle will be delivered directly by our supplier. San Blas Dreams does not own or operate any car rental companies. The contract for car rental will be between the customer and the car rental provider. • Included are: unlimited kilometers, CPCR (CDW), DAT, SRD coverage, we recommend seeing all the details on the official page of our partner. • Signing the rental contract constitutes definitive proof of acceptance of the services and conditions imposed by the rental company and the respective current laws of Panama. • You must present a credit card (not pre-paid, electronic or without embossed numbers) in the name of the main driver when picking up your rental vehicle. • Both our Terms and Conditions and those of the car rental companies we work with may include certain exclusions and limitations of liability. If the customer does not agree with some of these terms, it is recommended not to proceed with the booking. •Important notice: if the vehicle suffers damage during the rental, you must immediately notify the Rental Agency and then notify San Blas Dreams so that they can help you with the continuation of the tour. Failure to comply with the correct procedure may invalidate the insurance coverage.
*Important: Any insurance coverage will no longer be valid if the driver drives under the influence of alcohol/drugs, intentionally causing damage, off-road driving or in case of distracted and negligent driving.
